How to Reset Your Password
Reset your password effortlessly to quickly access to your Knowledge Base account when you can't recall your current login credentials.
Resetting your password lets you regain access to your ProProfs Knowledge base account without the need for customer support.
To Reset Your Password
Step 1: Go to the ProProfs Knowledge Base login screen and click the Forgot Password link.
Step 3: A new tab opens. Enter your email and click "Send."
You'll see an email confirmation message on the same screen when you click the send button.
Step 4: Check your inbox for an email from ProProfs. If not found, look in the spam or junk mail folder. Click 'Reset Password' in the email, enter the code received, and click 'Submit.'
Step 5: A new tab opens. Enter the code you received in the email and click Submit
Step 6: Enter your new password and confirm it. Click Submit.
You will now be redirected to the login page.
Don't want to change your password anymore?
If you no longer wish to reset your password, just ignore the email, and your current password will remain relevant. The email will expire in one hour.
