Step 1: Log in to your ProProfs Knowledge Base account as an administrator.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Select the help site from the drop-down you wish to integrate.
Step 3: Scroll down and open ProProfs Chat.
Step 4: Click Add Chat to enable ProProfs Live Chat on your Knowledge Base site.
Step 5: Enter your ProProfs Live Chat credentials and click Login to Install.
If you do not have a Live Chat account, you can quickly sign up for it. Click Create New.
Now, ProProfs Chat has been added Successfully to Your Knowledge Base.
Step 1: From your Knowledge Base dashboard, navigate to Settings > ProProfs Chat.
Step 2: Click Remove Chat. A confirmation overlay will open.
Step 3: Click OK to confirm the removal of Live Chat from your help site.
