How to Integrate Disqus With ProProfs Knowledge Base


You should register an account on Disqus and create a Disqus shortname which you will require to complete the integration.


Please read this article to set up your new Disqus account.


Once done, follow these steps:


Step 1: Go to Settings > Integrations


Open Integrations under Settings


Step 2: Scroll down to the Communication section and click Disqus


Step 3: Click Install Disqus. An overlay will open. Enter your Disqus shortname and click Login to Install


Add Disqus Shortname in the space provided and click to Install Disqus


You can find the shortname in the Admin section of your Disqus account.


Copy your Disqus Shortname













After that, you will see a confirmation screen.
