How to Integrate Tidio With ProProfs Knowledge Base


Step 1: Log in to your Tidio account.


Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Installation and copy the code.




Step 3: Log in to your ProProfs Knowledge Base account and navigate to Settings > Integrations

Step 4:  Under Popular Apps, click Custom Script

Step 5: Paste the Tidio chat code in the <body> tag field and click Save.

Step 7: Switch to your Tidio account to verify the installation. You will get a confirmation if the code is successfully installed on your ProProfs Knowledge Base.

NOTE: Chat will ONLY run for logged-out users. Logged-in users will not see the chat option.
