How to Import From Adobe FrameMaker
ProProfs Knowledge Base lets you seamlessly migrate your help articles from FrameMaker to your KB account.
By importing FrameMaker pages into ProProfs, you can set up a help center with your KB account and seamlessly manage them from a centralized portal.
Step 1: Create a new folder on your computer called Import.
Step 2: In FrameMaker, select File > Open. Then open the FrameMaker file you want.
Step 3: Select File >Save As
Step 4: Select the save folder called Import that you just created, choose HTML under Save as type, and then click Save.
Step 5: Locate & select all the files you wish to zip. Right-click on any file (ensure all files are selected) and click Compress to ZIP file.
A new folder with a zipper image will appear in the same area (i.e., the desktop or folder in which you saved the original item). This is your new zip file/folder.
Step 6: Continue from Step 3 in this article to complete the import process.
That is all about importing FrameMaker pages into ProProfs Knowledge Base.
