How to Customize Your KB Login Page

ProProfs Knowledge Base allows you to set up a custom login page with your company branding. You can upload your company logo and change the background image, title, button color & text, and set up multiple login options to enhance the look and feel of your KB login page.

Here is an example of a custom login screen with company logo, background image, and login options:

A customized login screen makes your KB look professional and user-friendly. Additionally, the alternative sign-in option makes access to your KB secure yet easy. 

Here's How to Setup Your KB Login Page

Step 1: On your KB dashboard, go to Settings > Custom Login Page > Enable Custom Login.

Step 2: Update Your Company Logo

• Click “Change” and upload the image

• Select your preferred alignment.

Step 3: Change the title, if you want.

Step 4: To change the Background, navigate to  Background and Upload an image under Theme Settings.

Step 5: Switch to the Upload tab, select the image and click Done.

Step 6: Select the scaling for the login screen.

Step 7: To customize the Action Button 

• Navigate to Background under Theme Settings.

• Select the Button Color.

• Select the Text Color.

• Change the Login Button Text.

Step 8: Click "Save" to apply your changes.
