How to Use the Save for Later Feature in ProProfs Knowledge Base
The Save for Later (Bookmark) feature in ProProfs Knowledge Base allows users to quickly mark pages they want to revisit. It helps you organize important content, access frequently needed information faster, and streamline your workflow within your knowledge base. This feature is especially useful for users who frequently refer to specific articles while navigating a large knowledge base.
Benefits:
-
Simplify Research & Reference: Save related pages together to easily cross-reference information for projects or decisions.
-
Track Progress Efficiently: Use saved pages as a personal checklist to revisit content, monitor updates, or review materials systematically.
-
Prepare for High-Volume Support: Bookmark frequently used articles during product launches or peak support periods to respond faster and more consistently.
Example:
A support agent is onboarding with a new product and frequently refers to setup guides and troubleshooting articles.
