How to Add a Folder Image in ProProfs Knowledge Base
Adding a folder image in ProProfs Knowledge Base lets you quickly identify and organize your folders. Steps to Add a Folder Image
Step 1: Go to Settings

Log in to your ProProfs Knowledge Base account.

Click Settings in the top menu of your Knowledge Base dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Table of Contents
On the Settings page, select "Table of Contents" under the "Setup and Control Your Account" section.
Step 3: Enable Folder Image

Go to the Advanced tab.

Under Folder Page Style, select Folder Image.
Make sure to click Save to apply the changes.
The Folder Image option is now enabled for your knowledge base folders.
Step 4: Select a Folder to Add an Image

Navigate to the folder you want to customize in your knowledge base.

Right-click on the folder and select Folder Image from the menu.
Step 5: Change Folder Image
In the pop-up window, click Change to add an image of your choice.
Step 6: Upload or Select an Image
Select an image from your computer or your knowledge base library that you want to assign to the folder.
You can also change or delete the image at any time if you need to update it.
Make sure to click Save to apply changes. The page will reload, and the selected image will now appear as the folder image in your knowledge base.
