Broken Links

The broken links section of the knowledge base reports provides a list of all the inactive and broken links throughout the entire knowledge base. It lists the links and page titles, making fixing them easy.

Here's how to access the broken links report:

Navigate to the "Reports" tab and select "Broken Links" from the vertical menu.

Here's how the broken links report appears. You can view the pages with broken links directly from the report by clicking the preview icon.
