What Is Page Health?

Page Health is a built-in scoring tool in the ProProfs Knowledge Base article editor. It analyzes an article across two dimensions — Readability and SEO — and rolls them into a single score with dedicated tabs for a detailed breakdown. It flags specific problems, and for some, like a missing meta description, it can generate a fix for you directly from the popup.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the article you want to check, then click the Page Health badge in the editor.

Step 2: Page Health analyzes the article's readability and SEO, review the Overview tab.

Step 3: Click the SEO tab to review top issues, such as a missing meta description.

Step 4: Click Resolve to let AI draft the meta description, then click Save to apply it to the article.

Step 5: If a broken link is flagged, click View Broken Link to jump straight to it and fix the reference.

Step 6: Click the Readability tab to see suggestions, like sentence length, and confirmed good practices.

Step 7: After making edits, click the refresh icon next to the score circle to re-analyze the page and get an updated Page Health score.
