Use Case: Imagine you want to declutter your knowledge base by permanently removing an outdated site and its associated content. Alternatively, you might prefer to archive a site to preserve its content for future reference or potential reactivation.

- Remove obsolete pages, CSS, images, and data associated with the deleted site to free up storage space. Archiving a site also helps organize your workspace without losing data.

To Archive a Site
1. In your ProProfs Knowledge Base dashboard, navigate to Sites and select Manage Sites from the dropdown menu.
2. Click the three vertical dots next to the Copy icon to access more options for a site and select Archive Site.
Like you archived a site, you can unarchive it whenever required.
1. Click the three vertical dots and select Unarchive Site.
To Delete a Site
1. In your ProProfs Knowledge Base dashboard, navigate to Sites and select "Manage sites" from the dropdown menu.
2. Look for the site you want to delete and click the delete icon corresponding to the site URL. Select "Yes" in the prompt action window to proceed with the action.
